1. Scope. These terms govern the use of our website and services.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent.
3. Services. Coaching and courses are educational and not medical or psychological treatment.
4. Scheduling. Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement; missed sessions may be charged if not canceled in time.
5. Limitation of liability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing excludes liability where not permitted by law.
6. Governing law. Swiss law applies. Venue: Zurich, Switzerland.

Payment & Booking Rules (if applicable)

• Fees are shown in CHF and payable prior to the session or as per invoice.
• Rescheduling: please provide at least 24h notice.

Return Policy

• Single sessions: refundable if canceled ≥24h before start; otherwise charged.
• Packages/cohorts: refundable within 14 days prior to start minus administrative costs; after start, proportionate refunds are not offered unless required by law.
• Force majeure: we will offer reasonable alternatives or credits.
